Do you test on animals?
Of course we don´t! We are 100% cruelty-free and all our products are 100% vegan.
How “organic” are your products?
All our ingredients are chemical free and they have been certified Bio & Organic by the Caae, Cosmos, Usda Organic and Ecocert entities among others.
How long will my products last?
Our products will last 6 months from opening. Please, try and store them in a cool, dry place and keep the top cap on once used to protect the natural ingredients inside.
My products have change consistency, what´s going on?
Due to temperature variations, specially when shipping to warm weather countries, the product may not maintain its consistency due to the heat. If that happens, just pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes and it will be harden again and will be ready to be used.
When will my products be shipped?
Our aim is to manufacture and deliver your products within 3 working days.
How fast will my order arrive?
Average delivery time within Spain mainland, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla is 3-5 working days and 8 working days for delivery to the Canary Islands after dispatch. Average delivery time within EU is 8-10 working days (depending of origin/destiny) after dispatch and outside the EU depends of the destiny country.
